The short answer is websites. The longer, that we make
any software that is used through a browser. These are corporate,

- What have you developed recently, and in
general?

At any moment we are working on several projects, and
every couple of months the list changes. So please check the Portfolio

We work with people who prefer quality and
decide to employ our services. Since 1998, when the company was

- How exactly do you make websites?
-
No ready-made prescription is available. We follow a
process but we are also very flexible and often add or remove steps in
the process as necessary. Please see the "How
does it work" section.

- Why don’t you offer the concept design with
the proposal?
-
In our process the graphical shaping of the solution
comes at a very late stage, after we have clarified client and user
needs, prepared a prototype, and verified it with users. The graphical
concept is just a logical step in the sequence, and happens to be at
the middle of the project. We however can prepare a proposal in which
the work ends with the graphical concept. After that you are free to
choose another company for the development or do it with us. If you

- How do you choose images for the sites? Can we
have some cool images for our site too?

- What is the different about you?

We are client based therefore what makes us different
is our clients and their sites.

We enjoy our work. We’ve been doing it since 1998
and believe to have become experts at it. We follow a process which
guarantees that we achieve the goals of the project and meet the
deadlines. We believe that our work is a craft; it combines art and
engineering and adds a touch of magic.

- What is your customer policy?

There is no way we can let the customer down.
When a customer is disappointed with our work, we take a lesson. When
a customer comes to us for repeated business, we are happy because we
know we have done well. What makes us the happiest is when they
recommend us to others that means they believe in us enough to share
us.

- What shall I do if my site stops working?
-
We test rigorously, so when we release a web solution
we are sure it works as intended. If there is a problem, the reason
usually is external to the site. It could be the server where the site
is hosted, or the internet provider, or something else. Contact
the project manager who leads or lead your project. We
will try to help you out of any situation. We will fix the problem if
it is within our reach or will give you advice.

- How will you guarantee that we won’t have to
redesign our website in a year?

When we build a website, or any other software
product, we pay close attention to requirements and needs. Our
solutions satisfy them, so only very rarely will a client of ours need
to redesign or rework our solution. Common reasons for redesign are
expansion of the business of the client, merging with another company
and changing the overall identity, or explicit business strategy.
- What makes you so sure that our users will
like and understand the website?

One can never be perfectly sure what users will like.
Our process guarantees that when we start working on a project we have
good understanding of what users needs and what they want. Later we
test a prototype with representative users to make sure we are on the
right track. When the solution is about to be released, we test with
users again for confirmation. When we are done, we are confident about
the result.
However, if your users start complaining – for whatever it may be
– please let us know.
- Why do I need a website? Do I need to change
my current website?

You or your organization may have a number of
different reasons. If you are not sure whether you need a website,
what kind of site you need, or whether you need to modify your
existing site, we would love to talk to you. Our consultants can help
you perform user or market research, prepare a strategy, analyze the
competition, or assess your website or product. Please contact

- What advantages will a website bring to my
business?

Having a website nowadays is not just fashionable, nor
it is a luxury - it is mandatory. Advantages will depend on
the goals that you have. A website may give your clients an
additional communication channel to your company. A website may
give your readers room to share ideas and comment your publications.
An intranet will make the life of your employees easier by bringing
the content they need together. A web reservation system may be more
efficient than a brick-and-mortar one. A helpdesk may be cheaper than
maintaining a call center. And so on, and so on.

- What do you think of the XYZ website? Is it
nice?

Often people will show us a website asking whether we
like it. Actually it does not matter. What is more important is
whether they like it and whether their users like it, as well as
whether it is usable, easy to maintain and update, robust and
functional. We always encourage our clients to show us the sites they
like.

- We don’t have the time to write our content.
Can you help us?

Yes, we can. We cannot write the content though. This
is the job of translators, copywriters, and editors. What we can do is
give you advice and put you in contact with people who can write or
evaluate your content. We work in partnership with writers where
your content can be tested for clarity, readability or
understandability.

- We don’t have a clear concept but we like
the website of the ABC company, which is so cool. Why don’t you
make ours the same?

We can do that. Probably you do not need a
replica of an existing site, though. The web solution that we
will offer will be tailored to the specific needs of your company and
clients and will represent your spirit. It may happen that two sites
look alike but it is usually a side effect.

- What if I want you to arrange the page
differently?

Very often our clients try to be designers. This is
quite natural. They are the ones who know their business. They have
personal preferences and corporate cultural knowledge and habits. We
take these into consideration. We also consider a multitude of other
constraints, such as user needs, good web design practices, screen
real estate, interaction flow, goals, technical feasibility, system
throughput, and many other. We always propose solutions we believe to
be most appropriate for the particular case.

- How much time does it take to make a website?

Depends on the solution that the client needs. Can be
as short as a week or as long as a year. No matter how long you
project takes, we will always keep you posted. Your project will have
a dedicated project manager who will update you on a weekly or daily
basis.
- Why will our website will take you so long?
Your competitors offered twice less time for development?

Every company has a way of doing things. We have an
internal process that includes a number of mandatory steps:

We cannot afford to:
- Offer a short deadline and then double or triple the period;
- Release an untested product and then enter an endless cycle of bug

As is the case with time, the cost will depend on the
scope, complexity, due date, and specifics of the solution. We cannot
give a generic estimate. The price is calculated for each particular
situation. In any case, a website or a web application is not cheap. Request
